Officers at 6:38 a.m. May 4 responded to Edible Arrangements on a report the store was broken into, according to a police event report.
Breaking and entering: Bunts Road
A man called the police at 11:28 a.m. on May 2 to report tools and grass-cutting equipment were taken from his garage.
Grand theft of a motor vehicle: Lake Avenue
Officers at 4:41 a.m. May 4 responded to a report of a vehicle theft from a parking lot in the 12500-block of Lake Avenue.
Weapon: Elmwood Avenue
A police officer at 12:25 a.m. May 2 stopped a suspicious vehicle on Elmwood Avenue near Madison Avenue. An adult male was charged with improper handling of firearms in a vehicle, according to a police report.
Driving under the influence: Berea Road
Officers at 2:15 a.m. May 5 arrested an adult female on Berea Road near W. 117th Street for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Her vehicle was towed from the scene.
Disorderly conduct: Archdale Avenue
Police at 12:25 a.m. May 4 responded to a home regarding a woman’s call that her 20-year-old son was intoxicated and causing a disturbance. Police charged an adult male with disorderly conduct while intoxicated.
Criminal damaging: Detroit Avenue
Officers at 2:47 a.m. May 4 took a criminal damaging complaint.
Disorderly conduct: Detroit Avenue
Police at 1:37 a.m. May 3 responded to Detroit Avenue between Clarence and Nicholson avenues regarding a group of people getting ready to fight. Officers arrested an adult female for disorderly conduct while intoxicated and released her to family members at the police station.
Driving under the influence: Whippoorwill Avenue
Police report at 1:31 a.m. May 1 a gray sedan was swerving all over the road and then pulling into a driveway to turn around and drove onto the grass. Police stopped the car and charged the adult male driver with operating a vehicle while intoxicated. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
