The number of Long Island homes listed for sale has fallen to an all-time modern-day low.
There are currently 5,764 Long Island homes listed for sale with OneKey MLS, according to numbers from the real estate listing service. That’s the fewest number of available homes in several decades and more than 4 percent less than the previous modern-day low of 6,008 recorded in March 2021.
There are now 2,768 homes listed for sale in Nassau County and 2,996 homes listed for sale in Suffolk County, according to OneKey MLS.
In just the last month, the inventory of available homes for sale in Nassau fell by nearly 12 percent and dropped 9.5
