ST. CLOUD — Two more people have been charged in connection with a break-in at a St. Cloud apartment in early July.
Donte Rapheal McCray, 30, St. Louis Park, is charged with two counts of first-degree burglary, two counts of second-degree assault, two misdemeanor counts of aiding and abetting assault in the fifth degree, and one misdemeanor count of aiding and abetting theft.
Kyla Bianca O'Neal, 29, Brooklyn Park, was charged with two counts of first-degree burglary, two counts of aiding and abetting assault in the second degree, two misdemeanor counts of aiding and abetting theft in the fifth degree, and one misdemeanor count of aiding and abetting theft.
McCray and O'Neal were charged along with two Fridley women and are accused of breaking into a St. Cloud apartment with a group of people.
Officers responded to a report of a burglary and gun complaint about 11:15 p.m. July 7 at an apartment in the 1600 block of Seventh Street Southeast, according to the criminal complaint.
A woman told police a group of 10-15 people broke into her apartment by kicking in the main entry door.
The woman identified a former roommate, Aaliyah Monique O'Neal, Katina O'Neal, Kyla Bianca O'Neal, Donte Rapheal McCray and one more person. The fifth person had not been booked into Benton County Jail as of Friday afternoon, according to records.
Three other people were in the apartment at the time, including a man who the woman said was "pistol-whipped" by someone in the group and a woman who said she was dragged into the hallway, where she was kicked and punched.
Three people in the apartment reported property stolen by the group.
The next scheduled court appearances for McCray and Kyla O'Neal are Aug. 4.
