Ok, so...first of all, feel free to drop Uzomah if you are looking for a backup QB. Derek Carr has a strong schedule for the fantasy playoffs, and so does Jimmy Garoppolo. Tua Tagovailoa would be a nice option as well. I would likely look into other options for Week 17 at DST as well as you are unlikely to need Moore or Bourne in your starting lineup.
