CHICAGO — A Walgreens employee was stabbed to death Sunday morning inside the Wicker Park store.
At 9:36 a.m., the woman, 32, was working inside the store in the 1300 block of North Milwaukee Avenue when someone came into the store, walked up to her and stabbed her multiple times, police said.
The woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
The attacker ran off and didn’t take anything from the store.
No one was in custody and an investigation was ongoing.
