A water main break has caused some changes in downtown Rochester traffic patterns starting on Sunday July 4 and continuing into Monday.
According to city officials: Exchange/State Street, between Church Street and Broad Street is closed until Monday, July 5 to all traffic due to a water main break while Rochester Water Bureau crews work to repair the break.
