Scene… TV personality Rick Harrison from the History Channel’s “Pawn Stars” was seen at Joey B’s Restaurant on River Road in Cos Cob last week, chatting with owner Dom Delfino. The owner of the Gold & Silver Pawn Shop featured on the popular series was also seen at Tony’s at the JHouse in Riverside and at The Village in the South End of Stamford last weekend.

Out there… A Girls Night Out Summer Soiree with Cocktails, Conversations and Carats takes place from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Thursday, July 15, at Allison Daniel Designs in Sconset Square in Westport. Out there… The Greenwich Library is offering Summer Storytime in the Courtyard from 10 to 10:30 a.m. Monday, July 12. Children must be accompanied by a grownup, and face coverings are required for everyone age 2 and up. For more info and to register, go to www.greenwichlibrary.org.

Scene… Matt James from “The Bachelor” and Gov. Ned Lamont were seen at a Connecticut Innovations networking event at the newly opened Wheel restaurant at The Village in the South End of Stamford last week. The Wheel is part of the 133,000-square-foot complex and marina on the waterfront campus. Anchoring The Village is Brent Montgomery’s Wheelhouse, whose entertainment brand includes Cisco Brewers, a rooftop garden, a celebrity chef program, and pop-up experiences in a partnership with Jimmy Kimmel. A Greenwich resident, Montgomery is the creator of the History Channel’s “Pawn Stars.”

Scene… Actor Justin Hartley was seen filming in the rain outside the Family Diner on Main Avenue in Norwalk last week. Sky Mercedes of Forever Sweet Bakery in Norwalk was also there, offering cupcakes and cookies to the cast and crew. The “This is Us” star is in the area to film “The Noel Diary” for Netflix.

Out there… The Greenwich Country Club celebrated July 4th festivities with a performance of the National Anthem by Stamford resident Joe Colavito of the Connecticut Army National Guard last weekend.

Music… The Bedford Playhouse on the Old Post Road in nearby Bedford, N.Y., is featuring Music in the Air with the Rick Reyes Quartet on Friday, July 16. The event starts at 7 p.m. on the Playhouse Lawn. For more info, go to www.bedfordplayhouse.org.
